Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify sales opportunities.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide solutions through John Deere products and services.
Product Knowledge:
- Stay up-to-date on the latest features and benefits of John Deere agricultural equipment.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of products to customers.
Sales Presentations:
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations for clients to showcase the features and benefits of John Deere equipment.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Sales Negotiation:
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close sales deals.
- Work with customers to find mutually beneficial solutions.
Market Research:
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
- Provide feedback to the marketing team on customer preferences and market demands.
Reporting:
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the agricultural equipment industry.
- Strong understanding of the agricultural market and customer needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Results-driven and self-motivated.
- English and Russian Language
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00.
