SABA” group of companies invites candidates to fill the position on Corporate Governance Officer.

Key duties and responsibilities:

• Assist in creation, adoption and implementation of best-practice policies in Corporate Governance ;
• Proactively plan ahead for future meetings of Board of Directors ;
• Prepare invitations, agenda, and meetings for the Board of Directors ensuring they are issued within the agreed timescale ;
• Ensure minutes and actions for meetings of the Board of Directors are captured accurately ;
• Manage the documentation of key documents of the Board of Directors’ meetings and more generally be responsible for managing a corporate and legal documentation ;
• Shape internal rules, policies and procedures (Processes and Procedures, Code of Conduct, Ethics, etc) ;
• Contribute to the set-up and review of internal governance structures and internal policies.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years expirence in Corporate Governance ;
• Preferably master’s degree on relevant area ;
• General knowledge on IPO ;
• Strong proficiency in MS Office including MS Project ; 
• Professional verbal and writing skills (Azerbaijani, Russian and English).
