Job Roles: Essential function and responsibilities
 
Underdirect supervision,learns theCompany's financialand accountingsystems, processes, policies,and procedures. Learns andprepares basicaccount reconciliations.Learns organizationalstructure ofthe Company.Prepares andposts journal voucherswhich mayinclude consolidationsand eliminations. Researchesand resolvesbasic accountingissues and transactions.Gathers financialinformation forreport preparation.Skills typicallyacquired throughcompletion ofan undergraduate degreein accountingand noprevious accountingexperience required.Candidates withundergraduate degrees inother disciplinesmust havea minimumof 18hours ofAccounting  Knowledgeof US GAAPand country-specific accountingprinciples isrequired. Jobrole isdevelopmental andintended toexpose incumbentsto manyaspects of accounting,financial analysisand reporting.
 
Education and Experience:
 
• Good knowledge of Azeri and English languages
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Account Payable department  ;
• Bank ledgers;
• Assist to accounting team to perform month end close to ensure submission to corporate deadlines where applicable.
• Assist with activities for accounts payable, travel expenses, banking processes
• Knowledge of taxes calculation (WHT, VAT)
• Assist accounting team in completion of accounting/finance tasks
