An applicant shall have Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources or related field, and at least three years of professional experience in HR administration including but not limited to personnel recruitment, administration of interviews, social activities such as career fair and internship programs, etc., be familiar with applicable requirements of the Labour Law, has strong communication skills and good knowledge of English and Azerbaijani.
