Job Description
Azersun Holding is seeking highly qualified Personal Assistant to work for a high net worth individual.
Responsibilities:
- All Personal Assistant duties: (Manage multiple homes, interact with the family, send out invitations, plan personal events, vacations, etc.);
- Coordinate all logistics of international and domestic travel (detailed itineraries and agenda);
- Maintain calendars; organize and schedule appointments;
- Filter through high volume of telephone calls, email and mail with responsibility for very timely follow up;
- Draft correspondence and other documents;
- Liaise with the staff as needed.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree at one of the world-wide ranking universities and solid experience as an Executive/Personal Assistant
- At least 3 years of administrative/personal assistant experience
- Detail oriented and highly organized
- Poised and able to manage under stress and minimal supervision
- Must possess the utmost level of integrity and the ability to handle confidential information
- Strong project management, communication skills are a must
- Experience multitasking with the ability to handle changing priorities
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, intuitive, and resourceful with excellent problem-solving ability
- Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Programs.
