Location: Baku

Work Schedule: 40 hours, 5 days a week based on 8 hours per day.

Position Classification: Full-Time;

Physical Demands: Sitting, typing, walking, standing, and talking on the phone

Work Environment: Cubicle, office environment

Salary: 600-1000 AZN . Salary as per interview results and  candidate’s  experience

We are looking for a candidate with:

• Bachelor’s or equivalent college degree – focus on Logistics preferred
• Minimum 1 year of International logistics experience in transportation, customs, supply chain principles, geographical concerns, and political nuances of economic zones
• Knowledge of the English and Russian languages on an advanced level is a must
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Problem-solving and communication skills
• Planning and organizational skills
• Coordinate the routing process using contract rates or obtaining spot quotes across Caspian region
• Accurately issue shipping documentation such as certificates of origin, customs invoices, and packing lists
• Communication with freight forwarders, shippers, consignees, clients, and internal communication within the team
• Contracting External Logistics Service Providers for route & port surveys
• Monitoring and tracking the shipments and keeping clients informed about the status
• Actively look to capture savings opportunities and added value opportunities when possible
• Actively use 1C or other required systems
• Transport regulations compliance management, including permitting, over-dimensional and hazardous cargo
• Track and resolve freight claims
• Provide excellent customer service to Prime Logistics customers
• Training of new employees and clients if needed
