Major Accountabilities
• Office management to ensure its smooth running aligned with the company quality requirements
• Local purchasing and procurements
• Events and travel management
• Records & documentation
• 5-day working week from 09:00 to 18:00.
Requirements
• Higher education
• Language skills: Fluent in Azeri, Russian and English
• Proficient in MS Office
• It is plus if the candidate has 1- 2 years of experience in office management and administrative support functions, preferably within international companies
