Responsibility & Objectives:
- Responsible for initiating sales calls to prospective or current clients
- Supervise accounts daily to retain existing relationships
- Responsible for price and service negotiation with customers in coordination with operations team.
- Responsible for creating sales goals to aid in achieving targets set by management
- Nurture new sales leads to secure business using available tools, events, and networks.
- Monitor local market for upcoming projects and follow them up to ensure LV is included into bidders list
- Responsible for offering quotes to current and prospective clients in collaboration with operations team.
- Carry out research to identify companies not currently doing business with the organization
- Build relationship and sell to clients through phone or one-on-one meetings.
- Coordinate activities with HSSQE manager for compliance and governance.
- Manage and participate in the development of special projects such as exhibition, events, promotions.
- Provide continuous feedback to management on both successes and challenges of the business.
- Assist Sales Lead as directed in achieving sales goals and building / expansion of customer base.
Main Objective:
Responsible for designing strategies to sell the services of the company, maintain good working relationship with customers, promote company name and services using various marketing tools and events.
