Responsibilities:
- Control and entry of daily transactions in accounting software (1C 8.3);
- Preparation and submission of tax declarations (VAT; simplified and etc.), social and statistic reports;
- Preparation and processing of bank and cash payment transactions;
- Carry out or control of HR documentations of clients;
- Control of preparation of electronic invoices in the tax system;
- Control of clients’ tax accounts and correspondence with tax authority;
- Control of salary calculation and payments;
- Carry out other daily instructions of Management.
Key requirements:
- Higher education in accounting or finance field;
- 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance;
- Good knowledge of Azerbaijani Tax Code;
- Practical knowledge in preparation of all tax and other statutory reports;
- Knowledge on MS Office Programs (Specially Excel and Word);
- Knowledge on financial reporting;
- Fluent Azerbaijani; B2 level of English; B2 level of Russian;
- Certificates of international accounting and finance qualifications (ACCA, CIMA, DipIFR and etc.) are an advantage;
- 1C knowledge is an advantage;
- Knowledge on IFRS in an advantage;
- Knowledge on accounting policies and procedure;
- Good communication, teamwork, problem-solving and reporting skills.
