Marketing Coordinator
The non – governmental organization HEKS – EPER Azerbaijan implements on behalf of the Swiss Development Cooperation (SDC) a market development project (milk and beef) in five Rayons of Western Aran region. For the second phase of the project (2013- 2016), it is seeking a Marketing Coordinator.
Work location: Agjabedi, with frequent travels to the field

Duration: 36 months with a three-month probation period
Job description
HEKS-EPER Azerbaijan contracts a Marketing Coordinator who administratesthe mandates of partner organizations and contractors of the corresponding project component. In addition, the coordinator facilitates the provision of technical assistance to dairies, feed millers and service providers. Aiming at a pro poor, inclusive and sustainable market development, the coordinator facilitates linkages between enterprises, governmental bodies and non-governmental organizations. The coordinator acts in line with the legislation of the government of Azerbaijan, HEKS- EPER Azerbaijan and the Swiss Development Cooperation.
Qualifications
• Higher education, preferably in an agriculture related discipline, business administration and/ or development studies
• Ability to instruct/coach stakeholders in marketing sphere
• Work experiences in administrating grant programs are an asset
• Besides Azeri, fluent English language skills. Russian and Turkish are an asset
• Ability to work independently, in a small team and under rather difficult conditions, ability to travel
• Excellent analytical, communication and networking skills and team spirit
