Position: Specialist

Department: Human Resources

Unit: Recruitment and Development

1. Organizational submission:

Reports to:  Director of department
Line subordinates:   No

2. Duties and Responsibilities:

 Take part in all Recruitment processes in the Bank; accept requests forms from units/departments/branch on vacant positions.
 Placing vacant position announcements in different sites, newspapers, TV/radio.
 Reviewing resumes sent to [email protected], selection of candidates on vacant positions
 Appoint meetings with candidates and hiring management
 Hold interviews with candidates, tests for vacant positions
 Answer to employees’ and candidates’ telephone requests
 Preparation of candidates’ personnel documents for internship or hire
 Take part in the annual performance appraisal process
 Manage the Bank’s internal trainings, prepare special presentations and materials for trainings
 External trainings (research of appropriate trainings for business needs), hold negotiations with training companies
 Provide trainings for new and current employees on general banking, Code of Conduct, and other subjects.

3 Education and Work Experience:

 Higher education
 Minimum two (2) years of job-related experience in Human Resources
 Technical experience, including MS Office package and HRIS

4 Knowledge and Skills:

 Fluent Azerbaijani, Russian and English
 Proficiency in or knowledge of using a variety of computer software applications, especially MS Excel and MS Word.
 High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation.
 Knowledge of office administration procedures
 Ability to operate with standard office equipment
 Attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.
 Good to excellent spelling, grammar and written communication skills
 Excellent telephone and oral communication skills.
 Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
