Logistics Specialist

Main Responsibilities: 

• Verify order documents against vendor’s rules;
• Accurate data entry and order placement confirmation;
• Monitor and communicate order placement confirmation;
• To act as a focal point for customs issues and communications with customs;
• To maintain expediting report with status of all purchased services/materials on weekly basis;
• Independent orders handling;

Requirements:

• Higher education;
• Knowledge of Russian, English and Azeri;
• Excellent knowledge of Supply Chain Management;
• Good knowledge of international regulations and procedures (incoterm etc.);
• Strong time Management and organizational skills- Experienced user of MS Excell,Word Terms and conditions;

Terms and conditions:

• Five – days working week / 09:00 - 18:00
• 1200-1400 salary
